Infiltration and sabotage
I’m a little bit surprised that the DOD can’t even defend itself let alone the Nation it ostensibly Serves. But only a little surprised because the infiltration into the Education System has effectively sent those incapacitated minds into the military many many years ago.
In a very slow and well disguised way… it IS a violation of the spirit of the 3rd Amendment.
