According to a new report by Big Brother Watch, secretive Whitehall units have been monitoring government critics’ speech online under the guise of combatting ‘misinformation’.
They allegedly compiled dossiers on public figures such as ex-Minister David Davis as well as journalists such as Peter Hitchens and Toby Young.
Speaking to TalkTV's Peter Cardwell, Peter Hitchens responded to the revelation that he may have been spied on by this unit.
