Deep State DOJ Will Not Comply with Jim Jordan’s Request for Biden Classified Documents Due to “Ongoing Investigation”

This comes as absolutely no surprise.

The corrupt DOJ has done this before. Of course, they would do it again.

Only two weeks ago Kash Patel was on Bannon’s War Room where he said:

A special counsel on paper is the right move and it would have been back in November but the problem is we’ve seen the corrupt government gangsters go out and cover up the corrupt activities. Namely the likes of Rod Rosenstein, Chris Wray and Merrick Garland.

…Remember Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller, Comey’s best friend to be Special Counsel. And now you have a situation where Merrick Garland appoints Hur, Special Counsel – H-U-R.

You know who Hur is? Rod Rosenstein’s number one lawyer when Rod Rosenstein was the Attorney General in charge of the Russiagate investigation where Devin Nunes and I sent him a dozen subpeonas and Rosenstein and Hur blocked eight of the response of those subpeonas becasue they wanted to cover up the corruption at the DOJ and FBI.

They were in on it then and they’re in on it now. That’s why I disagree of the appointment of this guy as Special Counsel.

And here’s the most important thing I say tonight. This guy Hur needs to be the first one subpeoned by the Special Committee under Jim Jordan’s authority on the weaponization of government.

And do you want to know why? It’s because Hur, we have the receipts Steve and we’re going to release them later, was sending communications to the Justice Department to Rod Rosenstein’s crew arguing against the release of the Nunes memo, saying that it would bastardize and destroy the United States Security aparatus.

This guy is a swamp monster of the tier one level, he’s a government gangster…

Former Vermont Police Chief Cited For Sexual Assault Of Minor During Ride-Along

Following a yearlong investigation, the Vermont State Police has cited Jeffrey Noyes, 54, of Bloomfield, Vermont, on a charge of felony sexual assault arising from an incident that occurred in October 2017 involving an underage girl. Noyes is the former chief of the Brighton and Canaan police departments and was on duty at the time of the incident.

The incident was reported in February 2022 to the Vermont State Police, which opened an investigation. A detective from outside the area was assigned as the lead investigator, with assistance from the Technology Investigation Unit and troopers from the Derby Barracks. VSP worked closely on the case with the Lamoille County State’s Attorney’s Office.

According to the findings of the investigation, Noyes and the victim knew each other, and she had accompanied him on multiple ride-alongs in his cruiser. In October 2017, Noyes was in uniform and on duty when he drove with the victim to a remote area and had sexual contact with the victim, who was under the age of consent.

On Monday afternoon, Jan. 30, 2023, Noyes came to the Derby Barracks, where he was processed and released on a citation for sexual assault. He is due to appear for arraignment at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 21, 2023, in the Criminal Division of Vermont Superior Court in Guildhall.

He is already serving life sentence for raping another devotee, who was 16

An Indian spiritual guru with millions of followers was today jailed for life after he was convicted of raping one of his devotees who he kept prisoner for five years.

Asaram Bapu, 81, was yesterday found guilty of sexually abusing the woman several times between 2001 and 2006 at his monastery in the western Indian state of Gujarat.

Today, a court in Gandhinager sentenced Asaram to life in prison and ordered the self-styled guru to pay a fine of 23,000 rupees (£228) and also 50,000 rupees (£496) as compensation to the victim.

Asaram is already serving a life sentence after he was convicted of raping another devotee, who was 16 at the time, at his ashram in Rajasthan in 2018.

The guru raped the 16-year-old while her parents waited outside his room chanting prayers as he 'cured' her. He threatened to kill the girl's parents if she told anyone.

In the latest case, a woman told police in 2013 that Asaram raped her several times at his ashram in the city of Motera where he kept her prisoner for five years before she managed to escape.

Today, Asaram, who has millions of followers and more than 400 ashrams in India, was convicted of the woman's rape and wrongful detention.

In 2019, Asaram's son Narayan Sai was sentenced to life in prison for raping and illegally confining the same woman's younger sister.

The woman came forward in 2013 to report the rape to police after Asaram was arrested in a separate case of sexual assault.

Leak: FBI Searched Biden’s Office at Penn Biden Center in November; Another White House-DOJ Cover-Up Exposed

Joe Biden and his team simply will not come clean with the American people about the numerous stolen classified documents found in his possession. Biden, his personal and White House lawyers, in cahoots with the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, have kept secret the details the searches at his private Penn Biden Center office and Delaware homes. It was two months after the first search was done that Biden owned up to it but only after the news was leaked to CBS News. Biden’s White House and private lawyers have since issued incomplete statements and timelines that have failed to disclose the full nature of the searches.

Attorney General Merrick Garland kept the Biden investigation secret for two months, even though he appointed a special counsel to investigate President Trump in mid-November over a classified documents dispute with the National Archives. Garland only appointed a special counsel for Biden after his cover-up of the investigation was exposed.

CBS News reported the latest blow to the Biden cover-up on Tuesday with a report that the FBI searched Biden’s private office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. in mid-November. This search has never been revealed by Biden or his private and White House lawyers.

Excerpt from CBS report:

The FBI searched the Penn Biden Center offices in mid-November, according to two sources familiar with the investigation, after lawyers for President Biden had found about 10 documents marked classified there on Nov. 2. The material originated from Mr. Biden’s time as vice president.

It is not clear whether FBI personnel found any additional classified or presidential material during the mid-November sweep.

Two sources told CBS News the search was conducted with the cooperation of Mr. Biden’s representatives. A search warrant was not sought.

Fox News confirmed the CBS report:

FBI agents searched the Penn Biden Center offices in mid-November, sources confirmed to Fox News, after President Biden’s personal attorneys discovered a handful of documents with classified markings there on Nov. 2. The documents were dated to Biden’s time as vice president in the Obama administration.

When the Biden classified documents scandal was first reported on January 9 by CBS, White House special counsel Richard Sauber issued a statement that did not mention the FBI search of the Penn Biden Center.
