A 25-year-old convict with a history of burglary and kidnapping offences was arrested for trespassing at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home.
Joshua Warnock insisted he just wanted to speak to the former US president after he was caught entering the property twice and confronted by Secret Service agents.
Lawyers acting on Warnock's behalf said there were concerns surrounding his mental health following the attempted break-in on January 8.
Trump is believed to have been home at the time of the incident, according to WFLX.
