This really makes me wonder. The three things I hypothesize: 1. Eggs are older or damaged due to supply chain issues getting them to stores. 2. Proteins are altered due to something new done to chickens-mRNA? 3. Some sort of radiation used that wasn't previously. 5G/UV something of that nature.

Another possibility: People aren't all that familiar anymore with cooking eggs and are preparing them improperly.
