Harvard-educated private equity firm founder, Dale Cheney, "falls" to his death from the same rooftop bar that a woman "fell" to her death in October, 2022. Bar 54 at the Hyatt Centric in Times Square (54th floor).

In October, 26-year-old Elizabeth Gaglewski, "an aspiring model," reportedly jumped to her death from a roof top bar in New York.

The other day, from the same roof top bar, so did a Harvard-educated private equity firm founder who had just one day before filed for divorce from his wife of 22 years. Though they were practicing Mormons when they married, the reporting doesn't address their more recent religious associations.

"Dale Cheney, a 46-year-old [Harvard educated] finance entrepreneur, fell [reportedly jumped] from the Hyatt Centric Times Square's Club 54 on Jan. 25, according to the New York City Police Department, which received the call around 6:30 p.m."

"The father of five was pronounced dead at the scene, and police said a preliminary investigation found no evidence of a crime."

"The city's medical examiner ruled the death a suicide as the result of multiple blunt-impact injuries."

He had filed for divorce from his wife the Sunday before his death and court records show Cheney was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief released on $25,000 bond and would have been due back in court on Feb. 16. He and his wife had repeatedly argued over money, reportedly.
