I remember that night too. If you stop the vid & enlarge it you can see the first groups running down the sidewalk to greet the birds. They look like the came out of the Guatemalan Center which I understand Gilraldi owned. Either that or they were all waiting on the corner of the street. kek
There's a bunch of them running to catch their rides. looks like packs on their backs of some sort too.
