Supportive Rule for Rehearing

Rehearing of the denial of certiorari is appropriate in situations involving "intervening circumstances of

substantial or controlling effect or . . . other substantial grounds not previously presented." S. Ct. R. 44.2. Because this is such a case, Petitioner moves this Honorable Court to grant this petition for rehearing.

ARGUMENT

Why should this Honorable Court Grant Rehearing?

This honorable Court is needed to resolve serious conflicts that are plaguing American.

This case represents a very powerful domestic covert operation that is so benign that it cannot been seen on how it has breached our national security, and how it is affecting

the national security of both Canada and Mexico, and how it has circulated fears that we might soon see the destruction of property along with a large volume of bloodshed in our own streets. All stemming from the fact that our courts have not declared that the Oath of Office is binding with penalties.

The Oath of Office

.1 How Important is the Oath of Office?

The U.S. Constitution under Article VI clause 3 states that the Oath *". shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation…" If there is no penalty for violating the Oath then it is not binding.

How can Congress take an oath to uphold the Constitution, then pass laws that allow Congress to be immune from suit for intentionally violating the Constitution up to and including treason?

Currently because of this, members of Congress, with their power to assemble and with their voting powers, can completely redo the Supreme Court of the United States to their likings, like packing the Court.

18 U.S § 2381 states that whoever owing such allegiance

violates this allegiance shall be incapable of holding office. What we see is that whoever violates this allegiance can still hold office even though they are incapable of holding this office, isn't this a serious conflict?

When members of U.S. Congress make a request to the body of Congress to investigate an enemy to the Constitution that is hiding under Amendment XII andunder the guise of

an 'honest election', then wouldn't it be the duty under their Oath to investigate these claims? How can you know if an enemy exists if you don't investigate?

The Oath of Office requires that aid and comfort cannot be given to those levying war through a rigged election.

A Presidential rigged election is a threat to the Constitution, therefore, when members of Congress become aware of such allegations an investigation into these allegations is required or they become violators oftheir Oath

of Office.

If a person who takes the Oath of Office owes allegiance to

the United States, and if under 18 U.S § 2381 it states that whoever owing such allegiance violates this allegiance shall

be incapable of holding office, then wouldn't it be fitting that they shall be removed from office as well?

Obviously the allegiance to the United States requires the

necessary steps to defend the Constitution of the United

States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Isn't it proper and fitting that any interpretation of the Constitution that is used to give aid and comfort to such an enemy is nullified?

During the 117 session of Congress a request was made to investigate the allegations that the 2020 Presidential election was rigged, how can Congress use Amendment XII as an excuse to vote against investigating these allegations?

I’m really wondering if the SC knew this case was solid because it docketed it, sent out documents, got a waiver from the Solicitor General and then sent it to scheduled a conference meeting with all justices (this conference will need 4 out of 9 justices to vote in favor of a being heard the SC—-do you know how rare it is to get to conference? Out of 8-9,000+ cases submitted to SC and only 100-150 are heard in front of the SC meaning only a couple of 100 get to conference at most

 

The very fact it was declined after conference meant less than 4 justices voted in favor of hearing it. I suspect there were three voted aye, (and Roberts and Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett were too afraid)

 

So the justices wanted to see if Brunson's would go all the entire way to prove that the Constitution must be upheld, and the SC must uphold the two oaths they pledged.They wanted to see if the brothers could handle the war to come!

I went into my chiropractors office and his wife who I had seen for two years was there. Her husband and her told me they were trying to get pregnant. I hadn't seen her for a while. She was very chubby and I said “Congratulations you are having a baby! What great news!”

North Korea threatens ‘nuke for nuke’

 

Pyongyang issued a harsh rebuke to the US defense secretary

 

North Korea has promised a tit-for-tat response to any security threat from Washington and Seoul, including using its “most overwhelming nuclear force.” US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin visited South Korea this week with a promise to further expand joint military drills.

 

“The military and political situation in the Korean peninsula and the region has reached an extreme red line due to the reckless military confrontational maneuvers and hostile acts of the US and its vassal forces,” an unnamed Foreign Ministry spokesperson said in a lengthy statement carried by the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Thursday.

 

Austin visited South Korea on Tuesday to reaffirm America’s “ironclad” commitment to providing a ‘nuclear umbrella’ to its key ally. In a editorial published by Yonhap, he revealed that the allies are “expanding the scope and scale of our combined exercises,” including “increasingly complex scenario-based tabletop exercises focused on nuclear threats,” in order to “increase our interoperability and readiness to ‘Fight Tonight’ if necessary.”

 

Pyongyang denounced Washington’s offer of the so-called “extended deterrence” to the South as a smokescreen for a military buildup that is turning the Korean peninsula into a “huge war arsenal and a more critical war zone.”

 

“The DPRK will take the toughest reaction to any military attempt of the US, on the principle of ‘nuke for nuke and an all-out confrontation for an all-out confrontation!’” the spokesperson said.

 

Last year, North Korea conducted a record number of missile launches, including multiple long range ballistic tests, calling them a response to increasingly large-scale US-South Korea wargames, which the North views as a threat to its own security and as “rehearsals”for a potential invasion.

 

The Pentagon chief claimed that Pyongyang’s military activities only further prove the need to “remain vigilant,” and pledged in a meeting with his South Korean counterpart, Lee Jong-Sup, to “continue to deploy US strategic assets in a timely and coordinated manner in the future.”

 

The US maintains a force of around 28,500 soldiers in South Korea, and according to Austin, it is only thanks to a massive US military presence on the peninsula that peace has been preserved there for seven decades.

 

North Korea's Foreign Ministry accused Washington of trying to force Pyongyang to “disarm itself unilaterally through sanctions and military pressure,” adding that it “is not interested in any contact or dialogue with the US” as long as such “hostile policy” persists.

Israeli jets strike Gaza

The IDF said it targeted “chemical material production” and “weapon manufacturing” sites

 

Israel launched airstrikes against several “terrorist” targets in Gaza on Thursday morning, hours after a rocket fired from the area was intercepted by the Iron Dome air defense system.

 

“The IDF is currently striking in Gaza,” the Israel Defense Forces confirmed in a tweet around 3 am on Thursday morning. About 30 minutes later it shared some details about the targets of the raid, claiming that “IDF fighter jets struck a production site for raw chemical material production, along with a weapon manufacturing site belonging to the Hamas Terrorist Organization.”

 

There were no immediate reports of casualties, but video clips circulating on social media purportedly showed several explosions in central Gaza, one of the world's most densely populated areas.

 

On Wednesday afternoon, the Israeli military intercepted one rocket fired from the strip, and missile warning sirens reportedly blared again in Sderot and nearby towns shortly before the overnight strikes. Last Friday, several rockets fired from Gaza into Israel also triggered retaliatory strikes against Hamas targets.

 

“The IDF holds Hamas responsible for all terrorism activity emanating from Gaza and it will face the consequences of the security violations against Israel,” the military added.

 

The latest flare-up of violence comes after Israeli security forces raided the Jenin refugee camp in the northern part of the West Bank last Thursday, killing ten Palestinians, according to local authorities. Israeli officials said the army intended to arrest terrorist suspects, who opened fire and were killed.

 

On Friday night, seven people were killed and three more injured outside of a synagogue in East Jerusalem, before the gunman, a 21-year-old Palestinian, was killed by police. In another incident in the city’s Silwan neighborhood just hours later, a 13-year-old Palestinian attacker was “neutralized” by two armed civilians who carried licensed guns.

US drone maker offers Kiev $1 deal, with a catch

The deal for two Reaper drones would actually cost $18 million for the first year alone

 

US weapons manufacturer General Atomics has offered Ukraine two Reaper MQ-9 drones for just $1 – but the controversial deal, if approved, would come with significant carrying costs, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.

 

The proposal would require Ukraine to spend $10 million just to prepare and ship the drones from the US, while maintenance costs would run to about $8 million annually, according to the outlet. In addition to two older MQ-9A Block 1 drones, the package would include a mobile ground control station to operate the UAVs “almost anywhere,” according to a letter seen by the WSJ.

 

General Atomics CEO Linden Blue pitched the idea to the Ukrainian military attache last month. While Kiev and Washington both declined to comment, company spokesman C. Mark Brinkley told the Journal that =•discussions between the Ukrainian government and his company had been underway for “many months==.”

 

“We do believe Ukraine needs a capability like the Reaper, and soon,” Brinkley said.

 

While the US has armed Ukraine with over 700 Switchblade and 1,800 Phoenix Ghost kamikaze drones capable of dive-bombing targets, as well as a handful of reconnaissance UAVs, Washington continues to insist its assistance has been mostly defensive in nature.

 

Reaper drones, with their 66-foot wingspans and an endurance of at least 12 hours when fully loaded, have formidable offensive capabilities and are more difficult to pass off as solely defensive weapons.

 

The Pentagon has been reluctant to share high-tech drones with Ukraine out of concern they would end up in Russian hands, and even though the military contractor is offering to sell the aircraft directly to Ukraine without going through the US government, the White House would still have to approve the technology transfer.

 

Ukraine also had a fleet of Turkish Bayraktar TB2 drones, most of which had been destroyed over the past year, according to the Russian Defense Ministry. In the meantime, Ukraine has been clamoring for fighter jets from its western suppliers ever since the US and several European countries dropped their resistance to supplying its military with Western-made tanks.

Brexit costs UK over $124 billion annually – analysts

The split with the EU has led to weaker business investment and worker shortages, according to Bloomberg

 

The UK economy is continuing to lose billions annually following Brexit, according to an analysis by Bloomberg Economics released on Tuesday.

 

The report states that the British economy is currently 4% smaller than it might have been had the country stayed within the bloc, and has been losing roughly £100 billion ($124 billion) a year after its exit from the EU in 2020.

 

“Did the UK commit an act of economic self-harm when it voted to leave the EU in 2016? The evidence so far still suggests it did. The main takeaway is that the rupture from the single market may have impacted the British economy faster than we, or most other forecasters, expected,” economist Ana Andrade, who co-authored the report with Dan Hanson, said.

 

The analysts say that the UK’s economic performance started to differ from that of the rest of the G7 countries after the 2016 Brexit referendum. They say this was caused by a drop in business investment as companies have been very cautious with spending due to uncertainty about their future outside the single market. According to calculations, the UK’s business investment currently stands at about 9% of GDP against the G7 average of 13%.

 

Economists also blame Brexit for the shortage of workers, which also impacts the UK economy. They estimate that there are currently 370,000 fewer EU workers in the country than there might have been if Britain hadn’t quit the bloc.

 

“Scarcity of labor adds to inflationary pressure in the short-term and constrains potential growth further out,” the economists wrote.“That’s not good news for an economy facing bleak long-term prospects, with trend growth of a little over 1%.”

 

So far, the impact of Brexit on trade has been less significant, the economists said, but warned that “over the longer term, we would expect trade to bear the brunt of the impact of leaving the single market.”
