If every person on the planet has an avatar based on data collected about their behaviour patterns, physical features, transactions etc etc, and these avatars are used in a Simulation to predict outcomes of any given situation introduced by the Director, then outcomes can be manipulated by introducing "tweaks" (propaganda, for instance) to change the simulated behaviour to what is desired. When the simulated responses match the Directors desired outcomes, the "tweaks" are applied in real life.
Yeah - something like that.
I think the only way to change the simulation if for peoples' behaviour to change. They've been "trained" is you like, by "tweaking" the simulation to get desired responses and applying this to real life. so that their behaviour is best described as programmed. Unless their programmed behaviour can be changed in sufficient numbers to cause a difference, the simulated outcome desired by cabal directors and applied to real life, will inevitably result. Perhaps White hats have run and refined simulations to determine what is needed to prevent the cabal's simulation/outcome and Q was the answer to helping people to break out of the programming and change their behaviour and thus the outcome designed by the Cabal.
Another prong to dig is facial recognition and tracking using satellites…that's how they've accumulated a lot of data on us all, what we do where we go, as well as the usual sources of data.
