I’m just saying. Lungs shot from smoking cigs, meth, crack. Heart, same issue. Kidneys and liver, hell no from all the drugs. Corneas are about the only thing not polluted.
It takes more than a “match” for organ donation. The donated organs have to be viable and last as long as possible. Otherwise it’s a useless endeavor.
