The video is by Katherine Watt, a paralegal, law researcher, and writer. It explains in detail the coordination and joint project between the U.S. military, through the DOD and the CDC/NIH, the Central Banks, including the Federal Reserve, the Bank of International Settlement (BIS), and the UN/WHO.

For decades, the above group has been relentlessly rewritten, and grossly twisted/distorted public health laws, to serve their military operation and agenda. There is no CoVid-19 vaccine, it is a military weapon.

In the years leading up to US Congress setting up laws to establish

chemical and biological warfare programs, Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ) was president, and his friend/ally Allen Dulles was the CIA Director. Both were heavily implicated as participants in the planning, completion, and coverup of the assassination of JFK, and, quite likely, RFK as well.

In 1986, Congress set up National Vaccine Acts, which included no legal, criminal, or civil liability against the Big Pharma bio-weapons' manufacturers. Big Pharma was undoubtedly spending millions and billions in bribes to the military, and election campaigns of certain members of Congress, the Senate, and Chief Executive Ronald Reagan.

World Health Org (WHO) is a UN military organization 1st and foremost.

In 1997/1998, Congress passed Emergency Use Authorization program, which initially prohibited testing on people in the military, but 3-days later, they passed a new law that allowed the vaccines to be used on the entire US population, including the military. They also transferred the biological weapons stockpiles, including biological, chemical, radiological, and nuclear stockpiles from DOD's control to the HHS/CDC control.

From 2000-2002, the country was put into a permanent State of War, thus authorizing the military to enforce the distribution and delivery of weaponized 'vaccines' on the global public at large, under their twisted interpretation of the 'Global War on Terror'. Other countries adopted similar State of War justifications for forcing compliance on the unsuspecting public. The new laws made everyone everywhere a presumptive enemy combatant - effectively a global Martial Law. The laws fell under the:

a convenient, diabolical, and deadly bundle allowing the governments of the world, together with the militaries, DOD, DOJ, DHS, HHS, the WHO, and UN to envelop our lives, under the false narrative of looking out for our health, and protecting the public from outside biological terrorists; and never mentioning the terrorists we should have feared were those inside the walls, not outside the gates.

More laws and regs were passed, including: under a Health Emergency Declaration, the local and states' law enforcement falls under the oversight of the federal authorities."

On January 24, 2023 Katherine Watt was an attendee at a press conference that discussed the ongoing emergency use rollout of bioweapons being marketed as Covid vaccines. She discussed the legal framework for which this is happening and provides ways to circumvent the WHO/BIS/DOD initiatives that undermine sovereignty.
