A message to Jim Watkins:

If it is possible Jim could you please make the Div tag to the message input, properly resize-able, shrink and grow. Or just a simple button to hide the unused fields such as name, email, rec, subject and put them all in a separate div like you have for show post options and limits. I think that would go a long way when we compose posts that have to call on multiple post references.
