Obama did his own Globalist agenda a disservice when he allowed DHS to enforce border control out to 100 miles inland of any border. In his attempt at making DHS the SS-Style iron fist of submission, it has allowed a Trump DHS to better tackle the border problem. I'm surprised the Dems are not all over repealing the 100-mile rule. My point is, under Obama's 100-mile rule, Federal agencies can say, "Fuck California," I think the border rule includes 100 miles from any coastline as well, which cover a huge portion of the state.
