How much of a photo would need to be altered before it would not show up in a reverse image search? I have gotten around copy write blocks with images by changing the color of 1 pixel, so could you take an image and mirror it, add a filter, or change a number of pixels and have it show up as original?

With shills trying to claim the 45 photo was a photoshop, I'm trying to arm myself with information before this "debunking" goes mainstream.
