Q Team: Suggestion

Maybe with this cold weather we could take down this spy satellite with just plain ol water; if we flew a plane like a U2 in front of it and soaked it over and over again thereby taking it down slowly and keeping it intact. Might take a few planes. We are having some of the coldest weather we've had in a long.time.
