I don't think it really matters if we don't know and the important thing is it was prevented. You can bet it was one of their desperate attempts to distract the public because the kids in cages thing isn't working so they needed something else.
no it wasn't. The IG report contained nothing groundbreaking because RR modified and redacted the IG report so the dumb asses think its over when things are just getting started.
alls it did though was get the snowball rolling and the good stuff from the report has yet to come out. The reason why I say it wasn't groundbreaking is because the report in its current form simply isn't good enough to act on and fire RR and this is the first part of the triple kill shot and the 2nd part is next.
