it's sort of a self-fulfilling prophecy. mind control programming if you will. people see it in ads, shows, etc. and think nothing bad about it so they do it in real life. it's damaging to culture and creates the perfect slave population that's free of any identity making the population defenseless. if you don't have an identity, what's left to stand up for?
