The oceans belch up oil all day long, salt water breaks it down... drilling off shore and providing more oil is not a bad thing for the US. Fracking cant be done in all areas. there is more to oil than just filling a car up. Manufacturing takes more oil. plastics are made from oil. New energies are possible. but we still need oil at this point. we can sell surplus oil to other countries, allies, win win. It is not a bad thing.

with technology today, drilling is less invasive than before, and knowing what we know today about the media... that BP spill, how do we know that 90% of it wasn't propaganda to stop us from thriving as a nation while making SA rich? Obama was 100% on the side of muslim countries, not USA. He did want to cripple our economy and oil was how he did it.
