I had a thought for you and the Boss. The IG report makes a big distinction that the people responsible for making the charging decisions were not influenced by the bias of the investigators, Strozk, Page, et al.

BUT the work product produced by the biased investigators was itself biased and would have influenced the charging decisions of others at the time. The same will apply to the Russia portion of the IG investigation.
