'Southwest abort, FedEx is on the go!': Moment desperate cargo jet pilot landing at Austin airport tells passenger jet 75ft below it to abort take off because they're using the SAME runway
February 5, 2023
Newly-released audio details how a FedEx pilot, trying to land his cargo plane, urgently told a Southwest pilot to abort their imminent take off at Texas' Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Air Traffic Control audio revealed that the crew onboard a Southwest flight headed to Cancun, Mexico, were aware that the cargo plane was approaching the runway - but went ahead and took off anyway.
The plane had been given the OK to take off, but allegedly took too long. By the time it tried to begin its ascent, the Boeing 767 cargo plane was approaching its landing.
Quick-thinking pilots on the cargo plane were forced to swiftly make a go-around, narrowly missing the collision - which could have been fatal.
Moments before the nail-biting encounter, crew on boardthe cargo plane could be heard trying to get the Southwest flight to 'abort' its takeoff - which they refused to do - and it instead took off just 75 vertical feet from the oncoming cargo flight.

Holy Sheeet..
That's crazy close. "Refused"? WTF refused.. that was as close as it gets.
Who REFUSES to do the right thing in a situation like that? Pilot have a death wish or too much pressure to be "on time and under budget" and suspended critical thinking and all the pilot training ever had?
They better pull that license and ban him/her/it from flying forever. Never once heard of pilot behavior like this.
When (not if) they get her back under guardianship and Sam robs her blind anon doesn't want to hear a peep from the "Free Brittneys"
Her money keeps him warm at night and so does an assortment of randoms so the gossip goes. It's all about the benjamins and he's the new Kevin. Sam and Sam Lufti with an assist by Lou Taylor and maybe that "fitness guru"
Something bad is happening, looks like meds of one variety or more. She won't be around another 5 years, giving her 2 tops. Sad deal, pimped out by her mama, robbed blind by mom/day/brother/sister.
Her whole family needs to exit this world
Fresh off the streamlined pilot training school?
NOBODY refuses to yield, not on a runway, not on a tarmac, it's all strictly regulated. Pilot had an Air France attitude by the sound of it.
This is great for what ails ya, don't know why it works so good but it does. Anon tried various lotions and potions that did nothing but this stuff is the only one that worked. Foot cream is all over cream for anon, especially lower back, it does the job.
same here, fren's change purse was open and anon got beat with pennies nickels and dimes

>Think of protocols when baking bc we use the same approach for handing off.
Flying is less scary than the thought of baking. Anon has looked it over a few times, it's a goal, a long long long term goal. Flying a basic small aircraft takes less knowledge than baking.
The toenails sealed the choice
Anon heard of hand models before, never considered feets getting the same work

They even kept the livestock down there and had giant stones to roll across entrances for security.
There's a lot of history in Turkey.
The biggest underground city they ever found
Derinkuyu & The Underground Cities of Cappadocia
Coronal Mass Ejection? They even kept the livestock underground and had "roll away the stone" stones for blocking entrances, security from ??
There will be paperwork. There will be a lot of interviews. If indeed the pilot refused due to the inability to abort then the airport will have at least one less air traffic controller, this is a tough one to come back from.
FrenAnon made it thru OKC (95% don't) and then on to the Olathe Naval Air Station and at that point they finally discovered fren was colorblind.
Were the standards for air traffic lowered because of "muh equity"?
So many questions.

Hundreds dead after powerful 7.8 quake knocks down buildings in Turkey, Syria
February 5, 2023
Over 300 people have been confirmed dead after a massive 7.8-magnitude earthquake rocked southeast Turkey and Syria early Monday, leveling several buildings as people slept in their beds.
Local officials reported at least 76 fatalities in Turkey and another 284 in Syria, including in rebel-held areas. The devastating toll was expected to rise as rescuers frantically search for survivors trapped under the rubble.
Thousands of more people in both countries were injured, officials said.
The earthquake’s center struck an area about 20 miles from Gaziantep, a major city and provincial capital 60 miles from the Syrian border, according to the US Geological Survey. It was centered 11 miles deep and was followed by a strong 6.7-magnitude aftershock about 10 minutes later.
At least 11 people were killed in the Syrian town of Atmed, with many more deaths expected, a doctor on the ground told The Associated Press.
“We fear that the deaths are in the hundreds,” R. Muheeb Qaddour said, referring to the rebel-held northwest. “We are under extreme pressure.”
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that authorities immediately dispatched search and rescue teams to the areas struck by the quake and its six aftershocks.
“We hope that we will get through this disaster together as soon as possible and with the least damage,” he said on Twitter.
Officials urged residents to stay away from the damaged buildings — some of which were reduced piles of concrete rubble and mangled metal.
White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan said in a Monday morning statement that the US is “profoundly concerned by the reports of today’s destructive earthquake” and “ready to provide any and all needed assistance” to Turkey and Syria.
“President Biden has directedUSAIDand other federal government partners to assess U.S. response options to help those most affected. We will continue to closely monitor the situation in coordination with the Government of Turkiye,” said Sullivan.

I've been wondering where all that sand came from too, it's not the right color, looks like a giant dumptruck unloaded. The things under that sand, got to be pretty enlightening. From all indications it seems the flood wasn't nearly as long ago as anon always thought. Combined with the Black Sea evidence… hmm, it's food for thought
Nothing to see there, not like comms or anything nefarious

Shades Of Jimmy Carter: Gas Lines, Inflation, Rising Unemployment Return Under Biden
May 21, 2021
"Just over 40 years ago, President Jimmy Carter delivered an address to the nation, which was later dubbed the “malaise” speech.
With long gas lines across the country, sky-high inflation, and rising unemployment,Carter decided to blame Americans for the country’s woes.
“The threat is nearly invisible in ordinary ways. It is a crisis of confidence. It is a crisis that strikes at the very heart and soul and spirit of our national will. We can see this crisis in the growing doubt about the meaning of our own lives and in the loss of a unity of purpose for our nation,” Carter said.
Not exactly the message a president ought to deliver to worried Americans.
Things in America seem to be moving along the same path nowadays. The parallels are by no means perfect, but the optics are certainly similar — gas lines returning, inflation beginning to rise and unemployment ticking up.
GAS LINES
Back in 1979, oil production plunged in the wake of the Iranian Revolution and the coming Iran-Iraq War. The price of crude oil soared over the next year, more than doubling to $39.50 per barrel. The price spike prompted fuel shortages and long lines at U.S. gas stations.
The situation got so bad that motorists in America were forced to buy gas depending on their license plates: If the last number was odd, they could only buy on odd-numbered days, and those with even numbers could buy only on even days. Lines to buy gas got so long that people would sometimes wait in shifts: One person doing four or five hours then tagging out for another to wait hours more before reaching the front of the line."

Stagflation - a made up word for an artificial crisis. The answer to the crisis: Offshore all of the jobs to China. Brilliant.
Never been there so can't speak to what's what but it's interesting as is the "natural" nuclear reactor in Africa. Richart could be it, the description described by Homer says it's west out of the Pillars of Hercules then 5 days journey.
They hugged the coast so it sounds possible, leaving westward doesn't mean they continued westward and the timeframe works for Richart. I thought the Azores could be where too but I really don't know. It's all interesting.

The entire shitshow was scripted by somebody and as soon as Reagan swears in they release the hostages. Much like they'd do with POTUS in charge. Not long afterwards [they] attempt to off Reagan
January 20, 1981
"analysts cited the standoff as a major factor in the continuing downfall of Carter's presidency and his landslide loss in the 1980 presidential election;[13] the hostages were formally released into United States custody the day after the signing of the Algiers Accords, just minutes after American President Ronald Reagan was sworn into office. In Iran, the crisis strengthened the prestige of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini and the political power of theocrats who opposed any normalization of relations with the West.[14] The crisis also led to American economic sanctions against Iran, which further weakened ties between the two countries.[15]"
On March 30, 1981, President of the United States Ronald Reagan was shot and wounded by John Hinckley Jr. in Washington, D.C. as he was returning to his limousine after a speaking engagement at the Washington Hilton. Hinckley believed the attack would impress actress Jodie Foster, with whom he had developed an erotomanic obsession.

Scott Hinckley had met Neil Bush earlier that year at a party and became friendly with the fourth child of George H. W. Bush, according to the Gannett News Service. After news of the assassination attempt broke, Neil Bush canceled the dinner. In the shooting's aftermath, the media swarmed the Bush family on their connections to the Hinckleys.
