Potassium can help balance too much sodium. Try coconut water.

B vitamins help prevent migraines (especially B6).

Sometimes water alone helps headaches. Sometimes coffee works on headaches. Chamomile tea and feverfew tea are also helpful for migraines, but be cautious if have hayfever or similar allergies.

Beet juice and pomegranate juice are good for high blood pressure (potassium link). God bless you anon!
