Can’t we push back against “muh Russians” influencing elections through social media by disclosing to the American Public that in 2012/13 Hussein signed a midnight Amendment to the 1948 Smith-Mundt Act which removed the original prohibition against our own Government from using media propaganda against the American People? The defanged Smith-Mundt Act along with the unprecedented consolidation of 90% of the MSM, and soon social media, into the hands of six (6) mega corporations has all but eliminated the solemn and critical role of the free and independent “Fourth Estate” as a much needed check on potential abuses of all three Branches of our Government. Without any fear of reprisal a relatively small group of powerful men and women create in the wee hours of each new day a narrative known here as the “4 AM Drop” which is instantly disseminated to countless outlets throughout the Land. POTUS himself has declared Fake News as being America’s “Greatest Enemy”. Accordingly, if Fake News is such a threat (and responsible for dividing our Nation) : 1) Why doesn’t the WH launch a legislative effort to Repeal Hussein’s weaponization of Media vía his covert Amendment to the SM Act, and 2) since the massive consolidation of the Media is most unprecedented in our history and, importantly, has been weaponized to pose the greatest clear and present danger facing our Republic, why hasn’t the DoJ be directed to enforce against this Enemy using every Anti-Trust and anti-monopolization Law in the arsenal? Break the MSM into a 1000 pieces and have Director Haspel role up EVERY Deep State op which is controlling the thoughts and opinions of so many Americans?

Sorry for the rant Q, but since we anons have been asked to do this from the grass roots level, it is a bit disheartening to hear nary a word about this threat except from POTUS. Please “Trust Bust” this Fifth Column. This is well past an economic concern. Again, it has become a. “Clear and Present Danger.” The President has great powers to deal with such threats.
