Maybe a bit too autistic, but did anyone else notice this picture is a mirror image? Assuming it's the oval office.. Sitting at the desk, The American Flag is over the right shoulder, not the left. Also, the fold lines in Trump's forehead there are out of order (long vertical line should be next to right eyebrow).
Sure, you could orient yourself around the room to make the flag be over your left shoulder, but you can't move the age lines on your face.
