Republican Sen. J.D. Vance Slams Biden Admin for Missing Ukraine Funding Report Deadline; Calls for Plan to End Conflict

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) slammed the Biden administration for not producing a “full crosscutting report” on Ukraine funding for Congress by the deadline date and is calling for the president to produce an “immediate plan” that would end the Ukraine conflict and also benefit American national security interests.

“Over a month ago, Congress appropriated billions in additional security assistance for the war in Ukraine. When President Biden signed that bill into law, he pledged that his administration would deliver a report detailing our financial commitment to this conflict,” Vance said in a statement.

However, as the Buckeye State senator noted, President Joe Biden’s administration “flagrantly ignored its own obligation to transparency” by not providing the report on time.

Vance was referring to the letter he led with a group of House and Senate lawmakers to the White House Office of Management and Budget to request a “full crosscutting report” that includes “U.S. government-wide expenditures for Ukraine and ‘countries impacted by the situation in Ukraine’ since February 24, 2022.” The Office of Management and Budget failed to share a report with Congress and the American people on time by Tuesday’s deadline — February 7.

With this, Vance declared in his Wednesday statement that Biden “must lay out a clear plan for ending the conflict in a way that advances our national security interests” before spending “another taxpayer dollar in Ukraine.”

“No more blank checks. It is past time for the President to tell the American people how this comes to an end,” he added.

Additionally, following Ukraine getting at least $114 billion in funding since last year and the United States sending supplies to Ukraine, United States lawmakers have started sounding alarms about how the U.S. defense industrial base will soon face challenges in replenishing supplies of certain types of weapons.

A report published by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) indicated that the U.S. could run out of critical weapons, such as long-range precision-guided munitions, within a week of the start of a war in the Taiwan Strait. Roll Call noted of the report:

The report stresses that U.S. aid to Ukraine is not the problem in and of itself, since a war in the Indo-Pacific would largely require different types of weapons. But the sheer number of munitions required to sustain Ukraine — where the U.S. is not even actively involved — clarifies how quickly stockpiles could be depleted if another war broke out.

CSIS International Security Program director Seth G. Jones, who authored the report, noted, “The war in Ukraine has shown us that our industrial base is not prepared. It’s not producing the kinds of munitions and materiel we need for a conventional war and for conventional deterrence. So, you know, it’s a wake-up call.”

Fauci paper suggests feds knew COVID vaccines were doomed from the start: 'Decidedly suboptimal'

"Systemic immunity" through intramuscular injection has never worked for respiratory viruses, ex-NIAID chief admits after stepping down, promoting "mucosal immunization" long advocated by critics.

Anthony Fauci knows why COVID-19 vaccines have been so unreliable at halting infection and transmission beyond a few months. He waited until he stepped down as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases to publicly explain it.

Elsevier's medical journal Cell Host and Microbe published a "perspective" led by Fauci's office last month that shows NIAID had good reason to believe COVID vaccines would fail even before they were authorized, based on research spanning Fauci's 38-year tenure leading NIAID.

U.S.-authorized COVID vaccines, overwhelmingly built on the novel mRNA platform, were designed to provide systemic rather than mucosal immunity, administered in arms rather than noses.

Critics of U.S. policy, including law professor Todd Zywicki, who secured a vaccine mandate exemption after suing George Mason University, have long emphasized that mucosal immunity — naturally prompted by infection — is the key to broad protection against COVID.

"I still run into people — even law professors who publish articles on Covid vaccines — who still know nothing about mucosal immunity," Zywicki wrote in sharing a November study in The Lancet that found natural infection far more protective against reinfection than Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.

The researchers speculated that "different roles of mucosal immunity" might explain the widening gap in protection after the second vaccine dose, given that vaccination "induces systemic immunity that might not be retained in the upper respiratory tracts."

About a third of respondents had never heard of mucosal immunity in Zywicki's Twitter poll in January.

The law professor shared his research-packed presentation on natural immunity versus vaccination, which covers mucosal immunity. Zywicki also filed a friend-of-the-court brief in support of an Air Force service member challenging the military's COVID vaccine mandates. Navy service members' legal challenge to the COVID vaccine mandate cites similar mucosal-immunity research.

The NIAID paper affirms the importance of mucosal immunity while laying out the historic challenges to developing such vaccines and suggestions for next-generation vaccines.

If written by anyone other than federal public health officials, the paper could credibly trigger "misinformation" interventions by Big Tech, though Twitter actually did throttle a CDC-authored paper on plunging vaccine efficacy.

SARS-CoV-2 is among viruses that "replicate in the human respiratory mucosa without infecting systemically," along with influenza A, RSV and common colds, and "have not to date been effectively controlled by licensed or experimental vaccines."

The paper is especially hard on flu vaccines, which have a "decidedly suboptimal" track record and the best of which "would be inadequate for licensure for most other vaccine-preventable diseases," they wrote. COVID vaccines are developing the same "deficiencies" as variants evolve around them.

Russia sanctions 77 Americans

The measures target US governors, officials, and businessmen responsible for arming “the neo-Nazi regime in Kiev”

Moscow has unveiled retaliatory sanctions on 77 US nationals, including 33 governors and the relatives of Democrat and Republican leaders. The new measures came a week after Washington sanctioned 22 individuals and entities that it accused of aiding the Russian military.

All of the individuals listed are permanently banned from entering Russia, the Foreign Ministry announced in a statement on Wednesday. The ministry said that the list was compiled in response to “Washington’s continued expansion” of its anti-Russian sanctions program, and is “based on the principle of reciprocity.”

Governors of US states – both Democrat and Republican – make up almost half of the list. Also named are the daughters of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, all of whom have been enthusiastic supporters of the Biden administration’s policy of arming Ukraine.

Five Leidos executives are included on the blacklist. This Virginia-based defense contractor has deployed an electronic surveillance plane to the skies near Ukraine to provide the US with information on Russian military movements. Desert Tech CEO Nicholas Young, whose firearms are used by Ukraine’s national guard, was also blacklisted.

These companies, the ministry said, are “involved in the supply of weapons to the neo-Nazi regime in Kiev.”

The sanctions came a week after the US Treasury Department announced that it had blacklisted 22 individuals and entities it accused of being tied to a “global sanctions evasion network supporting Russia’s military-industrial complex.” The list included alleged arms dealer Igor Zimenkov and a list of companies supposedly involved in importing and exporting weapons from Russia.

Earlier rounds of US and EU sanctions have targeted Russian politicians, businessmen, military figures, and their families.

In its statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that any further “hostile actions against Russia” would be similarly “rebuffed” by Moscow.

James O’Keefe Is on Paid Leave From Project Veritas

James O’Keefe, the founder and chairman of Project Veritas, has taken a paid leave from the conservative nonprofit media organization as its board considers whether to remove him from his leadership position, according to current and former employees of the organization.

An internal message sent to Project Veritas employees by the organization’s executive director, Daniel Strack, said that O’Keefe would be taking “a few weeks of well-deserved PTO.” An image of the message was shared by a source familiar with the organization’s internal operations, and its authenticity was confirmed by a current employee. When reached for comment on his personal cell phone, O’Keefe said nothing in response and did not respond to follow-up calls and text messages. Through a Project Veritas spokesman, Strack later released a statement on behalf of the organization. “Like all newsrooms at this stage, the Project Veritas Board of Directors and Management are constantly evaluating what the best path forward is for the organization,” the statement read in part. It did not directly address questions about O’Keefe’s employment status. “There are 65+ employees at Project Veritas dedicated to continuing the mission to expose corruption, dishonesty, waste, fraud, and other misconduct in both public and private institutions,” the statement read. “To our supporters: We hear you, we care about you, and we will never give up.”

O’Keefe is his organization’s guiding ideological force and onscreen face, but his status as its day-to-day manager has become uncertain amid reports of internal turmoil, lawsuits from former employees, leaks about its internal workings, and a federal investigation into its conduct in purchasing a diary stolen from Ashley Biden, the president’s daughter. Strack’s internal message to employees made reference to what he called “a distracting time” and said that a board meeting had been held to discuss “the health of the organization” and that while “we have not come up with final solutions yet we have made a few immediate decisions.” The message said two top Project Veritas executives, including the nonprofit’s chief financial officer, had been “reinstated.” Multiple sources said that the pair had recently been fired by O’Keefe.

A meeting of the Project Veritas board is scheduled for Friday, when O’Keefe’s potential removal is set to be discussed, according to one source familiar with the matter. The source said that Project Veritas was currently divided between a group of employees who are perceived to be loyal to O’Keefe, including his communications adviser, R.C. Maxwell, and the board, which has been dissatisfied with what it perceives as O’Keefe’s mismanagement. Matthew Tyrmand, a conservative journalist who serves on Project Veritas’ board, said he was about to walk into a meeting and could not talk when reached on his cell phone on Wednesday. When asked specifically if O’Keefe was being ousted, he replied: “I just said I was walking into a meeting and this was not the appropriate time. What don’t you understand about that?” He did not respond to subsequent phone calls. Two other board members did not respond to phone messages.

NOAHIDE WORLD ORDER - NWO - Chabad Cult

The Mitzvot of Non-Jews

The perfection of the world requires the spreading of the seven Noahide commandments

These are the Seven Noahide Laws, as enumerated in the Babylonian Talmud, Sanhedrin 56a:

1 carry out justice - An imperative to pursue and enforce social justice, and a prohibition of any miscarriage of justice.

2 no blasphemy - Prohibits a curse directed at the Supreme Being.

3 no idolatry - Prohibits the worship of any human or any created thing. Also prohibited is the making of idols and involvement with the occult. This necessitates an understanding of the One G-d of Israel and His nature.

4 no illicit intercourse - Prohibits adultery, incest, homosexual intercourse and bestiality, according to Torah definitions.

5 no homicide - Prohibits murder and suicide. Causing injury is also forbidden.

6 no theft - Prohibits the wrongful taking of another's goods.

7 don't eat a limb of a living creature - Promotes the kind treatment of animal life. It also encourages an appreciation for all kinds of life and respect for nature as G-d's creation.

https://www.chabad.org/kabbalah/article_cdo/aid/380332/jewish/The-Mitzvot-of-Non-Jews.htm

In Kabbala and Chassidut, the Seven Commandments are equivalent to the seven lower sefirot. The ten sefirot, through which G-d made the world and man, are divided into three "intellectual" attributes: Wisdom, Understanding and Knowledge (chochma, bina, and daat), and seven "emotional" ones: Kindness, Might, Beauty, Eternity, Glory, Foundation and Sovereignty (chesed, gevura, tiferet, netzach, hod, yesod and malchut). The three intellectual attributes are associated with the Jewish people who provide the legal and spiritual interpretations of the Seven Laws to the descendants of Noah. Each law parallels one of the seven "emotional" sefirot.

A functioning judicial system corresponds to malchut, the lowest sefira, which rules in supremacy but is selflessly devoted to public service. This is the responsibility of good government. Our sages state, "War comes to the world through the delay of justice, the perversion of justice, and the teaching of Torah not in accordance with Jewish Law". (Avot 5:8) When both Jews and non-Jews can learn Torah without distortion of its halachic (Jewish legal) meaning, true peace becomes possible. This includes recognition of the principle that Jews can be judged only according to Torah law, no matter where in the world, and that non-Jews in Eretz Yisrael are considered according to the Seven Noahide Laws by the Jews there, with no sovereign jurisdiction of their own.

A Noachide who transgresses these seven commands shall be executed by decapitation. For this reason, all the inhabitants of Shechem were obligated to die. Shechem kidnapped. They observed and were aware of his deeds, but did not judge him.

A Noachide is executed on the basis of the testimony of one witness and the verdict of a single judge. No warning is required. Relatives may serve as witnesses. However, a woman may not serve as a witness or a judge for them.

FBI Warns Against ‘Radical Traditionalist Catholic Ideology’ in Leaked Memo

The FBI Doubles Down on Christians and White Supremacy in 2023

FBI Warns Against ‘Radical Traditionalist Catholic Ideology’ in Leaked Memo

The FBI’s Richmond Division would like to protect Virginians from the threat of “white supremacy,” which it believes has found a home within Catholics who prefer the Latin Mass. An intelligence analyst within the Richmond Field Office of the FBI released in a new finished intelligence product dated January 23, 2023, on Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists (RMVE) and their interests in “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” or RTCs. The document assesses with “high confidence” the FBI can mitigate the threat of Radical-Traditionalist Catholics by recruiting sources within the Catholic Church.

The acronym, new to many in the Domestic Counterterrorism field, comes with a footnote by the writer explaining RTCs are “typically characterized by the rejection of the Second Vatican Council.” The writer makes an unsubstantiated leap that a preference for the Catholic Mass in Latin instead of the vernacular and a number of more traditional views on other world religions can amount to an “adherence to anti-Semitic, anti-immigrant, anti-LGBTQ and white supremacist ideology.” This writer draws the important distinction between “traditional Catholics,” who simply prefer the Traditional Latin Mass and pre-Vatican II teachings, and RTCs, who espouse “more extremist ideological beliefs and violent rhetoric.”

A discerning reader may wonder why the writer believes such divisions exist and if there is evidence of the extremist and violent rhetoric within the Catholic church. The analyst’s note doesn’t provide specifics. When the FBI generates an intelligence product, it is important to note the analyzed sources. Typically, strict source vetting removes partisanship and bias, so a product is both consistent with federal law and can add value to the FBI’s overall mission. Of note, this document was reviewed and approved for release by the FBI Richmond Chief Division Counsel, who is the office’s top lawyer.

[…]

The piece concludes with the incredible leap that RMVEs or white supremacists pose a threat to use “RTC social media sites” (no examples) or “places of worship as facilitation platforms to promote violence.” This intelligence product is indicative of a permissive tolerance within the FBI for Left-leaning ideological actors who use academic-sounding rhetoric to cover a dearth of personal experience. The weaponization of the FBI against conservative Americans can be seen in the way documents like this are published and distributed. Poorly sourced and highly speculative intelligence products lead to opening badly articulated predicate investigations into Americans in violation of their God-given, First Amendment-protected civil liberties.

DeSantis brushes off latest Trump attack: 'I spend my time delivering results'

Trump has escalated his attacks on the Florida governor since declaring his 2024 presidential candidacy late last year.

Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday brushed off an attack from former President Donald Trump, asserting that he was intent on governing the state and combatting the Democratic agenda from Washington.

"I'd just say this. I spend my time delivering results for the people of Florida and fighting against Joe Biden," DeSantis said. "I don't spend my time trying to smear other Republicans."

Trump, on Tuesday, reshared a Truth Social post from unverified account "Dong-Chan Lee" that included a photo purportedly depicting DeSantis partying with underaged high school girls while still a teacher. The photo includes one male individual whose image remains somewhat blurry and three females with their faces pixelated.

It also included a caption that read "Here is Ron DeSanctimonious grooming high school girls with alcohol as a teacher," referencing a recent nickname Trump assigned the Florida governor. Trump himself made no direct accusations, instead saying "That's not Ron, is it? He would never do such a thing!"

Trump has escalated his attacks on the Florida governor since declaring his 2024 presidential candidacy late last year. DeSantis has not indicated any plans to seek higher office and has repeatedly insisted that his priority remains governing the Sunshine State.

Polling, however, suggests Trump need not worry about a prospective DeSantis candidacy as multiple surveys have shown the former president to hold meaningful leads over DeSantis in a hypothetical primary contest.

Democratic governor tweets, 'Let's go, Brandon!'

California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, tweeted "Let's go, Brandon!" in response to a video clip of President Joe Biden honoring Brandon Tsay, who fought and disarmed a gunman in California last month.

The gunman perpetrated an attack at a Monterey Park dance facility, ultimately killing 11 and wounding others — but when the shooter entered another facility, the Lai Lai Ballroom & Studio in Alhambra, Tsay fought him, successfully seizing the weapon.

During the State of the Union address on Tuesday, President Joe Biden described Tsay as a "hero" and called for a ban on so-called assault weapons.

Retweeting the clip of Biden's remarks, Newsom wrote, "Let's go, Brandon!"

Bank of England Expected to Announce Digital Currency Plan Next Week

The Bank of England, in conjunction with the United Kingdom’s Treasury, is exploring the possibility of a digital currency that will “likely” become a “necessity” in the near future.

“On the basis of our work to date, the Bank of England and HM Treasury judge that it is likely a digital pound will be needed in the future,” said Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey and finance minister Jeremy Hunt in a joint report.

“It is too early to commit to build the infrastructure for one, but we are convinced that further preparatory work is justified,” the report continued, according to The Telegraph.

The Bank of England declined to comment on the paper’s report, but said a joint consultation on digital currency issues would be published shortly.

U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak asked the Bank of England to explore the possibility of a digital currency in 2021, when he was serving as finance minister. In October, financial services minister Andrew Griffith said Britain could not avoid the issue indefinitely.

Elsewhere on the continent, the European Central Bank is working on a digital version of its currency and is in the process of outlining the broader design, Reuters reported. In a statement last month, the European Central Bank stated that it would not offer personal bank accounts, though it would allow person-to-person payments.

The Bank of International Settlements, a forum for central banks, announced this past June that digital currencies are needed to “modernize finance.”
