Furious Project Veritas Donors Threaten Board Of Directors Over Reported O'Keefe Ouster

Major donors to Project Veritas have sent the board of directors a Cease and Desist Demand Letter over founder James O'Keefe's reported ouster.

A letter from the Troutman Pepper law firm reads: "Our firm represents a large group of significant donors to Project Veritas who have grave concerns about the Board of Directors' reported action to remove Founder and CEO James O'Keefe from this leadership position, change the structure of Project Veritas entities and their Boards (raising risks for the entities' charitable status), and operate Project Veritas for purposes other than those for which the organization was established."

The group is asking that the board "immediately cease using Project Veritas funds, which were solicited using Mr. O'Keefe and his reputation for purposes of carrying out the organization's mission, in any manner contrary to that mission."

The letter requests that the board also preserve all evidence related to the matter.

Moldova's Govt Collapses After Russian Missile Salvo From Black Sea Breaches Its Airspace

Ukrenergo, Ukraine’s energy operator, confirmed Friday that several high-voltage sites across the country had been hit in what Kiev authorities called the latest "massive" missile attack by Russia. Already tens of millions across the war-ravaged country are without power, and elsewhere emergency cuts persist.

Ukrainian forces claimed to have shot down the majority of inbound missiles, however. "The enemy launched a massive missile attack on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine," Ukraine's air force said. "Sixty-one out of 71 enemy missiles (have been) destroyed."

The attack was focused on Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions. In describing the fresh assault, Valery Zaluzhny, the commander-in-chief of Ukraine’s armed forces, said that Russia fired two Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea and which had allegedly crossed over the airspace of Romania and Moldova. The allegation is significant especially given Romania is a NATO member.

Romania has formally denied the claim, but Moldova acknowledged it without initially condemning Russia directly, likely in fear it will inflame tensions with Moscow further, as the AP reports:

Romania's defense ministry said it detected an "aerial target launched from the Black Sea from a ship of the Russian Federation" but "at no point did it intersect with Romania's airspace".

The Moldovan defense ministry said it detected a missile, confirming it "crossed the airspace of Moldova." Moldova, which has already seen debris of Russian missiles during the war, said it would summon Russia's ambassador over the incident.

But one of the missiles is still believed to have narrowly missed crossing into NATO-member Romania's airspace. Ukraine's President Zelensky seized on this to argue it constitutes a fresh "challenge" to NATO and its collective security.

"The enemy launched at least 70 rockets in another massive attack [on Ukraine] this morning," Zelenskyy said in a video statement on Telegram.

"Several Russian missiles passed through the airspace of Moldova and Romania. These missiles are a challenge to NATO and collective security. This is terror that can and must be stopped," he added. Zelensky has long tried to push NATO more directly into the conflict to drive the Russians out of Ukraine.

Jordan, Gaetz Decry FBI, DOJ ‘Censorship Campaign’ to Manipulate 2020 Election

During an appearance on Thursday’s broadcast of FNC’s “Hannity,” Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Matt Gaetz (R-FL) acknowledged the impact of the Department of Justice and FBI on the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

According to the two Republican congressmen, it was clear the agencies were using pressure tactics to force censorship of some political views.

“Exit question, Chairman, I’ll ask you first,” host Sean Hannity said. “Was there a well-designed and orchestrated censorship campaign to influence the 2020 election? Is that a fact at this point?”

Hours After Being Assaulted In DC, Dem Congresswoman Voted To Overturn Weakened DC Criminal Code

Just hours after Democratic Minnesota Rep. Angie Craig was assaulted in her Washington, D.C., apartment, she and 31 Democrats voted in favor of a resolution to block the Washington, D.C., Council’s Revised Criminal Code Act of 2022, which would have lowered penalties for a number of violent offenses.

“This morning around 7:15 a.m., Rep. Craig was assaulted in the elevator of her apartment building in Washington, DC. Rep. Craig defended herself from the attacker and suffered bruising, but is otherwise physically okay,” her office said in a statement just after the 250-173 vote that passed the House. “Rep. Craig called 9-1-1 and the assailant fled the scene of the assault. There is no evidence that the incident was politically motivated.”

Congress can exercise authority over D.C. local affairs, according to the District Clause of the Constitution (Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17), and Congress must review all D.C. legislation before it can become law. Congress can change or even overturn D.C. legislation and can impose new laws on the district.

In November 2022, the D.C. Council approved the Revised Criminal Code Act (RCCA). The RCCA reduces penalties for certain violent criminal offenses, including carjackings, robberies, and homicides. Democratic Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser vetoed the bill on Jan. 4. The council then overrode Bowser’s veto on Jan. 17 by a vote of 12-1.

Craig and 31 Democrats in Congress joined Republicans to block the RCCA on Thursday.

D.C. police arrested Kendrick Hamlin, also known as Hamlin Khalil Hamlin for allegedly assaulting Craig, they announced Thursday evening.

Craig has opposed defunding the police in the past. In 2021, Craig opposed a Minneapolis ballot initiative that would have replaced the city’s police department with a new Department of Public Safety.

The Daily Caller contacted Craig’s office about her vote and the assault, to which they did not immediately respond.

Biden’s Communications Director Kate Bedingfield Quits

President Joe Biden’s Communications Director Kate Bedingfield will step down in February, the White House announced Friday.

Bedingfield, who has served as the White House communications director throughout the entirety of Biden’s presidency, will be replaced by Ben LaBolt.

The White House did not state where Bedingfield will be headed next.

Prior to being communications director for the president, Bedingfield held three different White House communications leadership roles in the Obama-Biden administration. She was also communications director for Biden in 2015-2016 when he was vice president and served as deputy campaign manager for Biden’s 2020 campaign.

WWIII Watch: Crimea in the Crosshairs as UK Set to Send Long Range Missiles to Ukraine

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has suggested that British long-range missiles, which the Ukrainians say they want to use to launch an offensive against occupied Crimea, could be sent to Ukraine as the war heats up one year on since the invasion. Meanwhile, Zelensky warns that Russia intends to invade EU-member-candidate Moldova next.

Following Rishi Sunak’s declaration that “nothing is off the table” on military aid to Ukraine, Whitehall is now actively considering sending long-range missiles to the war-torn country in addition to potential fighter jets. Speaking from the Lulworth army camp in Dorset on Wednesday, the prime minister said: “Probably the most crucial capability right now is main battle tanks, which we led on, but also those long-range missiles.

“In all the talking we’ve done and the planning for how we can have the sight of victory in the battlefield and make progress, it requires long-range missiles,” Sunak continued. “Currently the range is not there. That’s the conversation we’ve been having and again we hope Britain can lead.”

According a report from The Times of London, the two types of missiles being considered are the 150-mile range truck or ship-mounted Harpoon high-explosive anti-ship missiles and the deep penetration blast Storm Shadow [general purpose cruise missile] with a range of 350 miles.

The paper notes “Ukrainian defence sources” are clear they want to use the missiles to strike Crimea, Ukrainian territory that was annexed by Russia in 2014.

Publicly, President Volodymyr Zelensky said this week that Western missiles would be used to strike “deep in the occupied territories”. Moscow’s military supply lines in Ukraine would also likely be a chief target, yet it is unclear whether direct strikes — though possible — would occur against the Russian mainland.

Downing Street confirmed to the broadsheet that an offer was made to supply Kyiv (Kiev) with “longer-range capabilities” that would “disrupt Russia’s ability to continually target Ukraine’s civilian and critical national infrastructure”.

The shipment of missiles would be another expensive bill for the British taxpayer, with the UK government having already sent nearly £4 billion to Ukraine in the form of military, humanitarian, and economic aid since last years invasion. The UK has only been eclipsed by the United States in terms of military aid with £2.3 billion worth of armaments sent in 2022. Just one Harpoon missile comes at a cost of £1.2 million, while Storm Shadows run to £2.2 million a pop.

As has been the case since the outset under former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, the government of the United Kingdom appears to be the most interested in escalating its own involvement in the conflict.

In a demonstration of the military ties between the two countries, Prime Minister Sunak personally appeared this week with Zelensky in front of tanks and soldiers at a British army camp in Dorset where Ukrainian soldiers are currently being trained.

In the London Declaration signed by Zelensky and Sunak on Wednesday, which reaffirmed Britain’s commitment to seeing Ukraine join the NATO military alliance — a ‘red line’ for the Kremlin, they say — the British government said: “The UK has continued to lead the way in support for Ukraine to defend itself including anti-tank weapons and tanks. Our military support to Ukraine is enduring. UK support will continue to contribute across all three domains; Land, Air, Sea.”

US investigative journalist Seymour Hersh says President Barack Obama’s narrative of the killing of former al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was false.

In an article published on the London Review of Books website on Sunday, Hersh wrote that high-level lying “remains the modus operandi of US policy, along with secret prisons, drone attacks, Special Forces night raids, bypassing the chain of command, and cutting out those who might say no.”

Citing a retired senior US intelligence official, the journalist explained that how the killing of bin Laden was the “high point of Obama’s first term, and a major factor in his re-election.”

“The White House still maintains that the mission was an all-American affair, and that the senior generals of Pakistan’s army and Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI) were not told of the raid in advance. This is false, as are many other elements of the Obama administration’s account,” Hersh said.

“The most blatant lie was that Pakistan’s two most senior military leaders — General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, chief of the army staff, and General Ahmed Shuja Pasha, director general of the ISI — were never informed of the US mission. This remains the White House position despite an array of reports that have raised questions,” Hersh wrote.

He also said bin Laden had been a prisoner of the Inter-Services Intelligence agency at the Abbottabad compound since 2006.

“Kayani and Pasha knew of the raid in advance and had made sure that the two helicopters delivering the Seals to Abbottabad could cross Pakistani airspace without triggering any alarms… that the CIA did not learn of bin Laden’s whereabouts by tracking his couriers, as the White House has claimed since May 2011, but from a former senior Pakistani intelligence officer who betrayed the secret in return for much of the $25 million reward offered by the US, and that, while Obama did order the raid and the Seal team did carry it out, many other aspects of the administration’s account were false,” according to the journalist.

Washington announced on May 2, 2011 that bin Laden was killed by US forces in his compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

A number of media reports later said the US government was moving to hide files about the US military’s suspected raid on Osama bin Laden.

The lack of transparency over bin Laden’s death has cast further doubt over the announcement.

Regarding President Obama’s announcement of the raid to Americans, Hersh said, “Obama’s speech was put together in a rush.”

He also said the White House refused to respond to his requests for comment.

Ukraine Relies on Intelligence from US for HIMARS Rocket Strikes

Ukrainian officials tell WaPo they almost never launch HIMARS rounds without using coordinates provided by US military personnel

The Washington Post reported Thursday that Ukraine is reliant on coordinates provided or confirmed by the US and its allies to launch strikes using the US-provided HIMARS rocket systems, a revelation that demonstrates Washington’s deep involvement in the war.

The HIMARS is a precision-guided artillery system, one that Ukraine has employed quite a bit in its fight against Russia. One example is a January 1 HIMARS strike on a facility housing Russian forces in Donetsk that killed at least 89 Russian soldiers, one of the deadliest Ukrainian attacks of the war.

Citing three unnamed Ukrainian officials and one unnamed US official, the Post reported that Ukraine also relies on the US for targeting coordinates for similar precision weapons, including the M270 Multiple-Launch Rocket System. One senior Ukrainian official said that Ukrainian forces almost never launch strikes using these weapons without coordinates provided by US military personnel that are located at a military base in a different country in Europe.

Top Biden administration officials have acknowledged publicly that they have been providing Ukraine with intelligence to carry out attacks on Russian forces, but the details of that cooperation were not previously known.

The Post report said that Ukrainian officials identify targets they want to hit and the location, then provide that information to the US military for more accurate coordinates. The US military then usually sends the coordinates, although sometimes they don’t, and the Ukrainian forces don’t fire.

A senior Ukrainian official said that the cooperation shows the US can provide longer-range weapons without having to worry about them being used to hit inside Russian territory. “You’re controlling every shot anyway, so when you say, ‘We’re afraid that you’re going to use it for some other purposes,’ well, we can’t do it even if we want to,” the official said.

But a US official disputed the idea that Ukraine was running the targets by the US for approval and said the US only provides coordinates. Back in August, a top Ukrainian intelligence official said that they consult with the US before launching HIMARS strikes and that the US has veto power over the target. Ukraine could have more freedom now to choose its own targets as the Biden administration is less and less concerned about escalating the war.

Russia has made clear it views the US and Ukraine’s cooperation on targeting as an example of Washington’s direct role in the war, and Moscow isn’t alone in its assessment. Back in March 2022, Rep. Adam Smith (D-WA), former chair of the House Armed Services Committee, said the US wasn’t providing “real-time targeting intelligence” because that kind of cooperation “steps over the line to making us participate in the war.”

Former acting Defense chief under Trump calls for military budget to be cut in half

Former acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller is making the case for the Pentagon’s budget to be cut in half in his new memoir, “Soldier Secretary,” arguing the U.S. military should be molded into a leaner and nimbler fighting force with prioritized areas of focus.

At the end of his memoir, Miller writes the U.S. must adapt to the threats posed by foreign adversaries like Russia and China by reforming the military, which he calls “too big and bloated and wasteful.”

“Our colossal military establishment was essential for our Cold War victory, but the Cold War has been over for 30 years,” Miller writes. “If we are truly going to end American adventurism and retool our military to face the challenges of the next century, we should cut military spending by 40-50 percent.”

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal 2023 authorized $857 billion in topline defense spending, an increase from the $777 billion passed in the last fiscal year.

The U.S. spends far more than any other nation on defense, including China, which is in second place, spending around $300 billion on defense.

“We could cut our defense budget in half and it would still be twice as big as China’s,” Miller writes in his memoir.

The Pentagon’s budget has slowly climbed over the years, which has attracted critics on both the left and the right.

House Republicans are currently using the looming threat of a debt ceiling default to cut government spending.

Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) has agreed to cap all spending at fiscal 2022 levels, which would amount to a 10 percent cut to the defense budget.

But many conservative lawmakers are zeroing in on cutting what they call “woke” programs, like diversity training.

Higher Infant Mortality Rates Linked to Higher Number of Vaccine Doses, New Study Confirms

A new peer-reviewed study found a positive statistical correlation between infant mortality rates (IMRs) and the number of vaccine doses received by babies — confirming findings made by the same researchers a decade ago.

In “Reaffirming a Positive Correlation Between Number of Vaccine Doses and Infant Mortality Rates: A Response to Critics,” published Feb. 2 in Cureus, authors Gary S. Goldman, Ph.D., an independent computer scientist, and Neil Z. Miller, a medical researcher, examined this potential correlation.

Their findings indicate a “positive correlation between the number of vaccine doses and IMRs is detectable in the most highly developed nations” — which, on average, administer the most vaccine doses to infants.

The authors replicated the results of a 2011 statistical analysis they conducted, and refuted the results of a recent paper that questioned those findings.

Miller spoke to The Defender about the study and its implications for infant and childhood vaccination schedules.

The more doses, the higher the infant mortality rate

In 2011, Miller and Goldman published a peer-reviewed study in Human and Experimental Toxicology, which first identified a positive statistical correlation between IMRs and number of vaccine doses.

The researchers wrote:

“The infant mortality rate (IMR) is one of the most important indicators of the socio-economic well-being and public health conditions of a country. The U.S. childhood immunization schedule specifies 26 vaccine doses for infants aged less than 1 year — the most in the world — yet 33 nations have lower IMRs.

“Using linear regression, the immunization schedules of these 34 nations were examined and a correlation coefficient of r = 0.70 (p < 0.0001) was found between IMRs and the number of vaccine doses routinely given to infants.”

In the above figures, “r” refers to the correlation coefficient, a number that ranges from -1 to 1. Any figure above zero is understood as a positive correlation, with figures between 0.6 and 0.79 considered a “strong” positive correlation, and 0.8 and above a “very strong” positive correlation.

The “p-value” indicates the extent to which the predictor’s value, in a linear regression analysis, is related to changes in the response variable.

A p-value of 0.05 or below is considered statistically significant, and indicative that the predictor and the response variable are related to each other and move in the same direction.

In the same 2011 study, which used 2009 data, the researchers found the highest positive correlation in countries that administered the most vaccine doses to infants (between 21 and 26 months old).

Jamie Reed, a former employee at the Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children's Hospital, told The Free Press that the clinic administered a litany of irreparable treatments to minors, often times without parental consent.

Reed claims that doctors would ask questions like 'do you want a dead daughter or an alive son?' to 'bully' children's parents into going ahead with gender transitions - under the pretense that not doing so would make them suicidal.

The whistleblower told The Free Press that working at the center, which medically transitioned 600 children within two years, was: 'Like I was in a cult, and I had to de-program my way out of it.'

Reed alleged, in a sworn affidavit, that the hospital openly lied about not performing sex-transitioning surgeries on minors - claiming one doctor, Dr. Allison Snyder-Warwick, performed one at the hospital in the last few years.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey confirmed his office was launching an major probe into the clinic following Reed's allegations, which he characterized as 'disturbing.'

ICE arrests 67 noncitizens convicted of drug trafficking, possession offenses during nation-wide operation

WASHINGTON - U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers apprehended 67 unlawfully present noncitizens convicted of drug trafficking or possession offenses involving methamphetamine, fentanyl, and heroin during a nation-wide enforcement effort Jan. 23 through Feb. 6.

“Our law enforcement mission carries a whole-of-government imperative to reduce the flow of illicit drugs across the United States – this includes identifying, targeting, and apprehending those individuals engaged in supplying and trafficking these dangerous substances that harm the public,” said ERO Executive Associate Director Corey A. Price. “ERO continues enforcement efforts to protect the safety and security of the communities we serve.”

Among those arrested:

A 48-year-old citizen of the Dominican Republic in Flushing, New York, convicted by the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York of conspiracy to distribute oxycodone, and dispensing oxycodone and heroin on the internet in October 2020.

A 38-year-old citizen of Brazil in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, convicted by the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of count 1-2 delivery of MDMA in May 2022.

A 37-year-old citizen of Honduras in Nashville, Tennessee, convicted by the Criminal Court in Nashville of possession with intent to distribute heroin in March 2009.

A 35-year-old citizen of Mexico in Mount Vernon, Washington, convicted by the Skagit County Superior Court of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance (heroin) with school zone enhancement and conspiracy to deliver controlled substance (heroin, cocaine and/or methamphetamine) in December 2010.

A 34-year-old citizen of Mexico in Buena Park, California, convicted by the Superior Court of California of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and bringing a controlled substance (methamphetamine) into prison in December 2015.

A 31-year-old citizen of Mexico in Medford, Oregon, convicted by the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Jackson of delivery of heroin in August 2021.

A 29-year-old citizen of Cuba in Miami convicted by the 26th Judicial Circuit of trafficking in illegal drugs (methamphetamine) in February 2018.

A 29-year-old citizen of Haiti in Homestead, Florida, convicted by the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of trafficking phenethylamine, fentanyl, and ecstasy in July 2022.

A 25-year-old citizen of Mexico in Morristown, Tennessee, convicted by the Criminal Court in Hamblen County of possession with intent to deliver a schedule 1 narcotic in February 2022.

A 24-year-old citizen of Mexico in Vancouver, Washington, convicted by the Superior Court of Washington for Clark County of felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (heroin and methamphetamine) in February 2022.

ICE targets and arrests noncitizens who have committed crimes and other individuals who have violated our nation’s immigration laws. ICE officers, informed by their experience and training, use their discretion inherent as law enforcement officials to focus enforcement resources on people who threaten the homeland. The effort includes noncitizens with a final order of removal. Cases amenable to federal criminal prosecution may be presented to the appropriate U.S. attorney’s office.

In fiscal year (FY) 2022, ERO arrested 46,396 noncitizens with criminal histories; this group had 198,498 associated charges and convictions. These included 21,531 assault offenses; 8,164 sex and sexual assault offenses; 5,554 weapons offenses; 1,501 homicide-related offenses; and 1,114 kidnapping offenses.

Biden Preparing to Ask US Congress for Biggest Defense Budget in History: Report

Joe Biden is preparing to ask Congress for the biggest Defense Department budget in history despite concerns about the US hitting its debt ceiling before lawmakers raise it - a request that will include funding to restock munition stockpiles to support Ukraine, where both sides are expending thousands of rounds a day.

The Biden administration is very close to finalizing a topline number for the Defense Department as part of its 2024 budget request set to be released next month, a US media reported, citing Pentagon Comptroller Michael McCord.

"I do expect it will be a bigger number than Congress provided last year," McCord is quoted as saying in an interview. The Pentagon will invest in munitions to restock the US’ arsenal and continue supporting Ukraine, McCord also reportedly said, where thousands of rounds a day are being expended by both sides.

Biden's budget proposal comes as the US approaches its debt ceiling without a clear plan by Congress to raise the limit, posing a potential risk to the country's credit rating and economic future.

‘Detransitioners’ Are Being Abandoned By Medical Professionals Who Devastated Their Bodies And Minds

After being swarmed by health providers who enabled her to medically transition as a minor, Prisha Mosley now says she’s been abandoned by the medical community as she attempts to navigate a complicated and painful detransition.

“I was under the impression that my doctors, who were transitioning me, loved me. They said they didn’t want me to die, they were saving my life, they were worried about me, and they wanted me to be healthy and happy,” Prisha told me. “Clearly, they don’t love me. As soon as it’s not profitable, they don’t want to help.”

Prisha has a slew of medical complications dating back to the more than five years she spent on testosterone and a double mastectomy that a plastic surgeon performed shortly after she turned 18. Many of those complications surround her endocrine system, which encompasses the hormones that regulate nearly every process in the body, from metabolism to growth and development, emotions, mood, sexual function, and sleep.

“I was hoping that if I could get my endocrine system working, I could be on less psychiatric medicine because low testosterone and estrogen will cause depression and anxiety, both of which I’m medicated for and don’t really like being medicated for,” she said.

Prisha also hopes that with estrogen supplements, she’ll experience some muscle and fat redistribution. After years of testosterone broadened her neck and shoulders, she now carries more weight in her upper body, which causes her chronic pain. Her throat is sore, she can no longer sing or raise her voice, and she suffers hair loss, as well as hair growth on her body, which she has to treat with costly laser hair removal sessions.

Another side-effect Prisha is seeking medical attention for is severe sexual dysfunction, which is so bad, she says she can no longer use tampons.

“I used to be able to, and now I can’t,” she said. “And that sucks. There’s pain, there’s irregular periods, and atrophy.”

No Medical Professionals Will Help

Hormonal care to fix her endocrine system, she hopes, could help her become more feminine — and perhaps fertile again. But she said every primary care physician, endocrinologist, obstetrician, and gynecologist she’s approached on her insurance list has turned her away or said they can’t help.

“I could call and be rejected every single day,” according to Prisha.

An Arizona couple in their 60s was intentionally hit by the driver of a truck Monday who claimed the devil told him to kill people.

Surveillance video from the home of neighbor Linda Gourley shows a dark grey GMC truck following the couple just after 7:30 a.m. in Glendale, KNXV-TV reported.

"To know that somebody was on the street, and I felt like he was almost stalking,” Gourley — who's lived in her home near 51st Avenue and Bell Road for 50 years — recalled to the station. “He was so slow. It wasn't normal."

The couple's attorney, Chris Goodnow, identified the victims as Lisa Lenahan and Kirt Heaward and said they often took walks in their neighborhood, KNXV noted.

Additional video shows the couple walking on the sidewalk when the driver of the truck — 49-year-old Refugio Torres — speeds up and hits Lenahan, the station said.

Her shoe flew off as a result of the impact, KNXV said, adding that Torres then drove away.

Influence of various intensities of 528 Hz sound-wave in production of testosterone in rat's brain and analysis of behavioral changes

Abstract

Testosterone is a nuclear androgen receptor ligand that controls multiple pathways in brain. In addition to the active biosynthesis of steroids in classic steroidogenic organs such as gonads, adrenals and placenta, testosterone also produced in astrocyte cells of brain. Testosterone and its level must be regulated in brain; because, it directly and indirectly affects memory and several key behavioral characteristics. The significance of sound waves on key enzymes that regulate levels of testosterone in brain has not been investigated. The aim of our study was to examine physical stress of such as sound on induction behavioral changes in animal models. According to the current study, sound waves with 528 Hz frequency in 100 dB intensity induce testosterone production in brain by enhancing StAR and SF-1 and reducing P450 aromatase gene expression. Frequency of 528 Hz also reduces total concentration of reactive oxidative species in brain tissue. Prolonged exposure to this sound wave showed reduction of anxiety related behaviors in rats. The results reveal that reduced anxiety is related to increased concentration of testosterone in brain. This study may lead to ascertain a possible therapy in which sounds may be utilized to reduce anxiety in individual.
