Tried to answer my own question. Didn't see his remark "And there will be accountability", but maybe missed it or looked on the wrong thread.
However, he's been called out with some complaints and seems very pleased Twitter has not shut him down over the apparent Nazi material. Had posts up that look like actual e-mails from Twitter about the offending tweets.
