  4. Very important: FBI WAS JUSTIFIED in actions because of Russian collusion.

 

There's the counter narrative. Tie "Crazy Maxine" to it. Make it a joke.

 

Also, spying on Americans is never justified. Weak. Need help in attacking this. They HAVE to legitimize the spying and we have to counter that.
