After four long years the final batch of court documents relating to Jeffrey Epstein’s associates and victims is set to be released.
The documents contain ‘salacious’ allegations and even include new information on Prince Andrew and law professor Alan Dershowitz.
Prince Andrew is accused of having sex with Epstein victim Virginia Roberts who was 17 at the time.
As per a declaration filed on Wednesday, the papers mention individuals labeled as ‘alleged perpetrators’ or those charged with ‘serious wrongdoing,’ along with law enforcement officials and prosecutors.
Bill Gates and Bill Clinton are among the notable men who have been linked to Epstein, but it remains uncertain if they will be referenced in the upcoming documents.
After Epstein’s alleged suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges, the process of making sealed material public has been rumbling through federal court in New York for years. The recently released documents represent the last of this material.
They were initially filed in a defamation case brought against Ghislaine Maxwell in 2015 by Roberts, who accused Maxwell of recruiting minors for Epstein. Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking.

The lawsuit was settled under seal in 2017 but the case material has since been gradually released in batches after numerous requests from media organizations.
The remaining documents are now set to be released after dozens of John or Jane Does mentioned in the papers did not object to their names being made public – which DailyMail.com understands includes The Duke of York.
The individuals are not named in a February 8 filing but all of them appear set to be revealed when the documents are unsealed.
The attorneys of Maxwell vehemently opposed the disclosure of any information pertaining to J. Doe 36, an individual referred to as an ‘Epstein associate’. According to her legal representatives, the only mention of this person was in relation to their travel on Epstein’s private aircraft during Maxwell’s trial.
The document says: “The items the plaintiff (Roberts) hopes to unseal contain a number of salacious, unproven allegations.”
Attorneys representing Virginia Giuffre, previously known as Roberts, have argued that the material should be fully released as the individual mentioned in the documents did not express any opposition to their disclosure despite being provided with copies.

According to Roberts, Andrew first had sex with her when she was 17 at Maxwell’s townhouse in London.
They had sex twice more in Epstein’s New York townhouse and his private island in the Caribbean, she claimed.
Prince Andrew has strongly denied the claims but he settled a lawsuit for battery brought by Roberts last year for a reported $12m.
Roberts is now writing her memoir while the Duke reportedly feels that he can make a return to public life after being shunned over his links to Epstein.

The final batch of court documents containing 'salacious' allegations related to 167 of Jeffrey Epstein's associates, victims, and employees, will finally be unsealed – nearly four years after the disgraced financier's death.
The material will be made public in the coming months and, DailyMail.com can reveal, is expected to include information pertaining to at least one 'public figure.'
The documents refer to 'alleged perpetrators' or individuals accused of 'serious wrongdoing', as well as law enforcement officers and prosecutors, according to a declaration filed on Wednesday.
Prince Andrew, who is accused of having sex with Epstein victim Virginia Roberts when she was 17, and Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, are understood to be among the individuals mentioned in the papers.

These facilities are commercial sterilizing plants that use ethylene oxide to decontaminate medical equipment and food products.
Two sterilizers may expose more than 1.6 million people in Los Angeles, California, while 1.85 million people live within 10 miles of six plans in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
And there are six more spread out throughout Virginia, Colorado, New York and New Jersey.
Darya Minovi, a senior analyst with the Union of Concerned Scientists, told DailyMail.com that the EPA has known since at least 2016 that ethylene oxide is a carcinogen that causes cancer - and 60 times more harmful than previously understood.
'Despite having this information, the agency has failed to update standards that use this chemical,' said Minovi.

McConnell Confirms Biden’s Claim Some in the GOP Eyeing Cuts to Social Security and Medicare: ‘That Was the Rick Scott Plan’
Republican Senate leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) took aim at Florida Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) during an interview and confirmed that President Joe Biden’s declaration that some GOP leaders want to end Social Security and Medicare was, in fact, accurate – despite loud booing and yells of “liar” from GOP members.
“Biden said at the State of the Union ‘Republicans want to sunset Social Security and Medicare.’ So is that true?” McConnell was asked Thursday on The Terry Meiners Show by host Terry Meiners.
“Well, unfortunately, that was the Scott plan. That’s not a Republican plan. And that was the Rick Scott plan,” McConnell replied.
“The Republican plan, as I pointed out last fall — if we were to become the majority — there were no plans to raise taxes on half the American people or to sunset Medicare or Social Security. So it’s clearly the Rick Scott plan. It is not the Republican plan. And that’s the view of the Speaker of the House as well,” McConnell added, apparently placing some blame for the GOP’s poor midterm performance on Scott, who ran the GOP Senate’s campaign effort.
“But Rick Scott’s out saying that’s not his plan at all. And I, I know the documents the president’s holding up. So what is the Republican answer in terms of Social Security and Medicare for the American people to hear in to counterbalance what the president’s saying?” Meiners followed up.
“Well, the speaker, Speaker McCarthy said Social Security and Medicare are not to be touched. And I’ve said the same. And I think we’re in a more authoritative position to state what the position of the party is than any single senator,” McConnell responded.
“So Rick Scott’s really not back in the fold yet after he ran against you for leadership?” Meiners shot back, referencing the recent back and forth between McConnell and Scott in the media.
“Well, this doesn’t have anything to do with that. I mean, it’s just a bad idea. I think it will be a challenge for him to deal with this in his own reelection in Florida, a state with more elderly people than any other state in America,” McConnell argued, not backing down.
