Pretty sure this is intentional. This is exceptionally racist and ironically the leaders are often "POC's" themselves! Total plantation mentality, in my opinion.
I'm aware of one school in my community that is stereotypically for the poor and minorities. (But hey the sports teams are great!) So don't look at the fact that only 11% are math proficient. Also, don't get critical of how many children are gender confused and/or homosexual.
"They" seem to think that if they cover the right checkboxes on free lunches, racist scholarship offers and etc that they can safely ignore that they are literally ruining these children.
I think many of these schools will be permanently closed especially when parents realize that school systems took money to inject their precious children with bioweapon injections. Local school system here offered "vaccine clinics" for COVID injections in the summer. I've been praying for the students on and off ever since. Its one thing to forgive its another to overlook the intentional destruction of life.

She said that one of her children blamed her for the debacle. And she discussed what would have happened if the child had realized many years later.
Now consider how toxic American schools are to parents and children. Most of these "schools" won't be open much longer. Perhaps radical restructuring of how education is done would prevent real carnage when SHTF over what has been done to our children.
I'm praying a lot about this as I am isolated from many of family members atm. A good part of this has to do with craziness in the schools. I'd never subject another person I loved to the "system" if I could prevent it.
Also maybe tell places you'll stop shopping if you can't use cash anymore.
When I realized that private banks could give your location data to the government without the government presenting a warrant I stopped using anything but cash for most purchases.
Not sure if you were being humorous, but I just listened to someone describe in a YT video how the gold braid circles on the sides of her head resemble the statue just put up (on a court building?) in NY.
