I've seen the "UFO" shaped craft cloaked like that; but also they can "project" a "cloud" to hide in plain sight in the sky.
I've only noticed this because I was in my garden and looked up at the sky to see how the weather was.
All the clouds were heading West, but I noticed there was a small wispy cloud that was moving East in the opposite direction of the other clouds.
The more I observed the cloud, I could see the "cloaked" outline of a "UFO" shaped craft (saucer shaped? Lemon Drop shaped?) that was either inside a natural cloud formation and it was "dragging" the cloud along with it, or it has a capability to "form" a cloud around it", or it is projecting a AI generated hologram of a cloud.
Not sure if the "invisibility cloak" is actually a "projection" or a designed application on the skin of the craft that bends light.
Could be "wingmen" for that plane?
I want to see the news people laugh this off like they have done so many times in the past. I want to see them make this into one big joke.

UFO's also emit their own light. I don't know if it is a plasma, my observation is that the outside of the UFO creates a plasma-shell around the craft and the UFO can control that plasma-shell like a computer screen and can create images through it or bend light around it.
That's my current hypothesis.
