Since everyone’s talking about balloons, guess I got my answer a few years after the fact. Posted these pics the day I took em, Jan 15 2021 asking for ideas on what I watched float/fly across the sky over an area close to WH South. Noticed it while observing the chemicals dropping out of the sky from an airplane.
