government are mostly just peole who needed a job and no one would hire them so someone said 'call her' and the person did and next thing they knew they were a civilian employee of DOD or some other agency.
and they just wanted a pay check to have a life and buy a house.
but in order to progress there are nests of infilitrators who run their offices
as vassels of foriegn cartel interests, HR like a place jut for their ethnicities, make the government offices into a hunger games and haze all those who dare to be different.
and try to run them out of their jobs and fill them up with children and grandchildren of their 'frens'.
most government are people stuck in the hunger games of government service with no way out.
