Different circumstance.. Once under Mental Health Evaluation you don't have that much say. Sheriffs took me to Hospital, they drew my blood and gave me the shot, nurse said he had to give it tome and I laughed and said did he and that wasn't what kills me anyway and stayed there fr four days and they said oops sorry. So the end was funny for me what did you mean that I could have said no?
