The personnel within those organizations applied threat-of-force to one another.
The staff did it to themselves, and to everyone else. They're like suicide bombers who don't understand that they're also going to die in the blast. They fully intended to coerce other people into accepting the consequences of the vaxx, but were not themselves capable of appreciating the danger. And all the while, they were murdering innocent people.
tl;dr - they have yet to receive what they truly deserve
