As Youngstown, Ohio anon living ~20 miles North of this, I have NEVER seen or caught whiff of any aspect of it, as the weather moves Southeast.
I feel the need to underscore that any "Chernobyling" is being done to the Keystone State of PA literally ONE MILE away—I doubt OHIO is experiencing even 1% of the fallout. Pittsburgh, on the other hand…
