According to Wiki, the standard hazmat protocols for VC are quite different from what they did in Ohio.

Trump bashes Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime performance
Former President Trump doubled down on his attacks on superstar singer Rihanna on Sunday night following her Super Bowl performance.
Rihanna performed various hits including “Umbrella” and “Work” in her halftime show, during which she revealed she is pregnant with her second child. Her reps confirmed her pregnancy following the show.
Trump wasn’t a fan.
“EPIC FAIL: Rihanna gave, without question, the single worst Halftime Show in Super Bowl history — This after insulting far more than half of our Nation, which is already in serious DECLINE, with her foul and insulting language,” Trump wrote on Truth Social Sunday night.
“Also, so much for her ‘Stylist!'” he added.
Trump’s comments appear to reference Rihanna spraypainting a car with “F**k Trump” in 2020, which Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas) wrote about on Truth Social earlier this week.

Breitbart.com is reporting, “U.S. Jet Takes Down ‘Unidentified Object that Violated Canadian Airspace’,” saying:
An American jet shot down “an unidentified object that violated Canadian airspace” Saturday after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ordered it to be taken down.
The alleged infringement on Canada’s airspace comes a day after NORAD shot down an unidentified object over territorial waters off Alaska’s coast and a week after U.S. forces shot down a Chinese Spy balloon that traversed the country for days.
RedState.com is reporting that pilots who engaged one of the UFOs said, “the object interfered with their sensors, and they couldn’t figure out how it was flying/what its propulsion system was.”
An unknown / non-visible propulsion system? Sounds like anti-gravity tech or something really unusual.

I tried the link here and it worked just fine.
Long story short. Stone's thesis was that there was no real mag 9 quake, Reactor 4 exploded despite being dismantled, and Dimona had illegal data links to the destroyed cores. It is a long and very detailed report. He also made arguments very similar to yours that radiation should not be a problem in deep sea waters.
