Anons surely remember Pickering's defense of the review board and its results (if you can call it results). After taking a closer look at him, Anon wonders if Pickering runs ops for the black hats. If he does, which ops is he associated with?

Let's look at his State Department experience. Aside from Pickering's connections to other State Department personel through his previous positions, he has maintained a department relationship through the Pickering Foreign Affairs Graduate Fellowship Program. The program isadministered and funded by the State Department. Anon believes this is significant in that the program is in a perfect position to influence young impressionable minds, teaching them that diplomacy should be done in specific ways. Ways which are compatible with the status quo.

Over at the International Crisis Group, Pickering finds very powerful aquaintances. Think Soros x2 and Mark Malloch-Brown. The Crisis Group history is revealing.
Pickering is a board member at the Center for Excellence in Education. Jimmy Carter and other US politicians are involved. For some reason, the weird picture of the Bidens being so much larger than the Carters came to Anon's mind.

Pickering is a lifetime trustee at the Aspen Institute. After reviewing the Aspen Institute's members list and their experts list, Anon wonders if they operate on the theory that they should put everybody on a board and recruit everybody else as a supporter. If everybody is involved in activities, then no one can dissent? Also, Aspen Institute is Global. The map is interactive. The programs are global. Anon chose to highlight the China Program but there are others, like the program to educate congress. The photo galleries look interesting and the historical timeline may be interesting to history buffs. Don't know what a Casino has to do with Aspen Security. Do they really have a casino? Is casino code for something? In Anons' opinion the casino cheapens…

At the Quincy Institute, Pickering is a board member. The institute is called the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft and has a magazine called Responsible Statecraft.
