Immunoglobins from the mother's milk coat the baby's gut to protect him or her from infections as the immune system gets "trained". Injecting a Hep B vaccine is about something else, entirely, I believe based on much evidence. How about a large aluminum dose? Why? 1. Damage the child's brain. 2. Induce a lifetime risk of immune and auto-immune disorders. 3. Turn the baby into a "cash cow" for the Pharm.
