Not Sure here, where you’re trying to go with all that, however,
It is very difficult to see with our current eyes, from the spirit and intention of the 3rd Amendment prohibition of “quartering troops in our homes”…
But the modern makeup and behavior of how “Police” have evolved into our daily lives (in contravention of their ostensible Oath), absolutely IS a violation if the 3rd Amendment.
They may not be living INSIDE our actual homes atm, but We must pay or underwrite their entire lives anyway, as they enjoy some kind of Special Immunities from effective scrutiny and transparency… and enjoy picking out their own home, life and toys… and simply do not have to live in our own homes.
It’s actually much much worse than the framers imagined when trying to write the prohibition of such government by the 3rd Amendment.
