Civil suit does not require proof, just the preponderance of evidence. The jury if even used, only has to be a majority, not unanimous.

Constitutional rights no longer apply. Fruit from the poison tree, hearsay, all allowed. The deciding factor is the Judge's opinion, does not need to be based in some violation of statute code or law.

Civil suits can contain punitive damages to the point of the judges discretion. Want every penny Soros has, go for it, the Judge might give it to you.
