"After the Romans defeated the rebellious Jews in 135, they renamed the land of the Jews Palestina to punish the Jews and to make an example of them to other peoples considering rebellion. The Romans took away the Jewish name, Judea, and replaced it with the name of an ancient enemy the Jews despised. The Philistines were an extinct Aegean people whom the Jews had historically loathed as uncultured and barbaric.”
Maybe they chose East Palestine specifically as indicative of retribution for a centuries old slight at the hands of the Roman government.
“during the time of Jesus, Bethlehem and Jerusalem were in what was commonly called Judea and Nazareth [which were] in what was commonly called the Galilee. The land where Jesus lived did not take on the name Palestine until the second century, well after his death. Thus, the notion of “first-century Palestine”… is totally fictional.”

Whether or not it was called Palestine at the time, Golgotha, where Christ was crucified, would have been located within the area that eventually became known as Palestine, no?

To be clear, this is not an “it’s the jews” post. More like those claiming to be jews who are not.
More likely than not. But I was musing based upon the superficial indoctrination stories served up to the public since those times. I was just riffing off the other anon who suggested that it was a symbolic poisoning of the heart of America in commenting that maybe the were also referencing/celebrating/reliving the crucifixion of the central figure of the major religion of this country, as well. I don’t see that your take and mine are necessarily mutually exclusive. Layers upon layers…
Did a quick google search for Golgotha in that area in screenshot above. Also including one for the greater US.
Kek! You and me both!
I thought the only way to win was not to play at all?
But is that really “losing everything”? Guess it prolly depends on one’s definition of everything.
Was just thinking same.
I guess I look at that as more of a starting over than a loss. Granted it will be hard times at the beginning. But continuing down the road we are on stuck in the morally depraved society that looks and feels more like hell on earth than anything else seems like a more of a loss to me.
At what point did I attempt to convert anyone to Christianity in my posts? Like it or not Christianity is a big part of the movie we are living right now. Just because I made some references to it while theorizing on some possible references being made with the Ohio attack does not mean I’m on a recruitment campaign for a religion that has been used as a control mechanism for the masses for centuries noe.
Black and white right there in plain sight!
