Not to mention your screenshot is the ever so biased NPR. Thinking critically, this sampling video is meant to shock you. If the tests were valid, we'd see him collecting the samples and immediately testing them. We don't see that. We see a video of a dude with blue containers filled with God knows what using test strips on them. So, no. This isn't citizen journalism, this is a narrative.
