I will look into this QRS-11 chip. This post mentions "Internet of Things" which is IOT and says it can take down a plane. IOT is any small circuit board not just a QRS-11 chip, and almost all sbcs boards can have remote capabilities and support certain low or high level languages. If I remember correctly it was a chinese server company that embedded RFID like chips that their sole purpose was to add remote networking capabilities to larger systems. Either way we need to take down these high altitude balloons intact and sdissect them to be 100% sure, end of story.
