The peeping needs to stop.
I understand that it won't end until society has been destroyed and the tools simply do not exist anymore, but it can't hurt to say it. The chilling effect that it has on good people should not be dismissed.
And just to drive the point home, I've given you an example of just how easy it is to destroy a paranoid mind that earnestly believes what it obtains through surreptitious surveillance.
