The braking system back and forth is bogus as the braking system in question would not have applied to this train consist even under the Obama era rules/regs.

There will be both acute and chronic effects of the spill (ground/water), (airborne) vapor and combustion of the chemicals.

The impact zone is enormous: local land/ground, water in ponds, lakes and down the river systems, and air wherever the vapors and plume travel.

Scared vulnerable people are being coerced & persuaded to sign waivers.

Centralized citizen response and legal representation are needed.
