Jean-Pierre: [Biden] is headed to Warsaw on Monday, where he will meet with Poland's President Duda and the leaders of eastern flank NATA allies, to reaffirm the United States unwavering support for the security of the alliance.

Reporter: Is there any feeling of frustration that perhaps this was a twelve dollar hobby balloon from a group of kids in Illinois?

Kirby [White House press conference]: Given the information we had at the time, the legitimate concerns about potential surveillance in the wake of the Chinese spy balloon, you make decisions based on the best information that you have.

Kirby: These are likely [the 'objects'], we're going to find out, that they were likely of a benign purpose, and not a threat at all.

Kirby: Yes, there are a small number of members on Capitol Hill, house republicans specifically, that have expressed, publicly, their concerns about support for Ukraine. But if you talk to house leadership, you won't hear that. And you certainly won't hear that on the democrat side.

Kirby: Can't blame President Zelenskyy for wanting more. Heavier. Faster.

Reporter: You have no possible leads on where these objects might have come from?

Kirby: We don't…it will be very difficult to make some sort of positive identification unless you can get to the debris, and even that can be a difficult process.

Good thing the military isn't as incompetent as Kirby makes it out to be.

Reporter: It defies reason that you would have zero idea what these three objects were, since the fighter jets themselves took video of their sorties. Will you release cockpit video?

Kirby: I refer you to the DOD…I never said we have zero idea. I said we don't know what they are.

Kirby chuckled when reporter pointed out the first balloon crossed the country, being shot down only after the Chinese had a good look at whatever they wanted to see.

Kirby: What's [Putin] doing? Launching cruise missiles and drones into civilian infrastructure. Knocking out the power, knocking out the heat. Killing kids. Sending kids to camps inside Russia.

Reporter: Are there plans for [Biden] to cross into Ukraine?

Kirby: No.
