You are asking about ketamine but have you considered regression therapy like the type done by Delores Cannon and those who have taken her courses?

Have not taken that road, instead have worked on deeply buried stuff individually by taking advantage of times that depression has become anger or fear (because of life experiences) to follow that emotion and see where it leads. It is not pleasant work but the results are worth it.

Delores Cannon talked to those who were hypnotized - and related their experiences under hypnosis. Are those experiences literal or an expression of their inner landscape? (Those who take the world of the psyche literally are unlikely to get much benefit from ANY kind of inner work, kek.)

I read every one of her books, anon.

More generally:

Re strange animals, aliens, demons, entities and other things that go bump in the night: the inner world is subconscious and therefore a mirror of our deep emotions and beliefs. If you approach it with fear, guess what you'll run into?

KEK.

Right, there is no way to verify info that is described as "channeled." Just as there is no way to verify info that comes from prayer. Or to prove that invisible emotions like love are real. Yet, there's a kind of knowing that comes from within that just feels right. Subtle but always there to guide.
