This is amazing to watch. W. Edwards Deming was an American educator and consultant who helped transform Japanese manufacturing following World War II, and who helped inspire Ford Motor Company's renewal in the 1980s. His comprehensive philosophy was distilled in the phrase, "Total Quality Management (TQM)." In a very real sense, POTUS and TEAM are helping to transform America through "Capital-Q-Quality,", and we are all beneficiaries!
