Pittsburgh folks typically live in these tiny houses? 1 post was 1000 sq Ft house now this one is 888 sq Ft. I mean we certainly have those where I live, but not many at nearly $200k for 1000 sq ft.
Values here in NC are still inflated as well, but still the typical price per sq ft is $100-$175, with the upper end of that range being more posh neighborhoods and properties. Maybe being in a larger city like Pitt is the reason for the higher costs. Incomes are probably higher on average as well as cost of living.
