Her English is ok, and there is no record that I see of the chat she was having, so there is a lot of "dead air".

The bio on the profile reads, “Help me, I need to talk with Kate and Gerry McCann I think I can be Madeleine. I need a DNA test. Police investigators from UK and Poland try to ignore me. I think in the video she was asking for a DNA test from her "birth" mother, and so far has been refused.
UK and Poland refuse to help.
